    Ingredients

    •     Nonstick cooking spray
    • 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
    • 1/2 lb Chicken breast, sliced
    • 4 x Scallions, sliced
    • 12 ounce Spicy Sesame Linguine
    • 1/2 c. Chicken broth
    • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
    • 1 Tbsp. Sherry
    • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
    • 1/2 Tbsp. Chili sauce
    • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
    • 1 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
    • 1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
    • 1/2 tsp Salt

    Directions

    1. Combine sauce ingredients. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add in oil & heat. Stir fry chicken till it begins to lose raw color. Add in scallions. Add in sauce. Add in cooked pasta and stir till blended.
    2. Sesame Linguine Noodles.
    3. Notes from the Chef: "I took a ride on my lunch hour to Auntie El's Farmer's Market in Sloatsburg NY, just over the NJ border on Route 17. This place is nifty. I bought a few unusual items there, the first of that I used tonight - Al Dente Spicy Sesame Linguine Noodles. The recipe I used came from the back of the package, with a few modifications for ingredients I couldn't find. We liked it, and I presume it would also be good with regular linguine." - Lisa
