Pasta Marco Polo
Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 1/2 lb Chicken breast, sliced
- 4 x Scallions, sliced
- 12 ounce Spicy Sesame Linguine
- 1/2 c. Chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/2 Tbsp. Chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Combine sauce ingredients. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add in oil & heat. Stir fry chicken till it begins to lose raw color. Add in scallions. Add in sauce. Add in cooked pasta and stir till blended.

- Notes from the Chef: "I took a ride on my lunch hour to Auntie El's Farmer's Market in Sloatsburg NY, just over the NJ border on Route 17. This place is nifty. I bought a few unusual items there, the first of that I used tonight - Al Dente Spicy Sesame Linguine Noodles. The recipe I used came from the back of the package, with a few modifications for ingredients I couldn't find. We liked it, and I presume it would also be good with regular linguine." - Lisa
