Yummy appetizer for parties and holidays. Serve with crackers.
Ingredients
- 2 -8 oz. packages cream cheese, room temp
- 1/2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 small package Boursin Herb and Garlic cheese spread
- 1/3 C blue cheese crumbles
- dash each Worcestershire sauces
- 1/2 C chopped pecans
- 1/4 C chopped parsley
- optional - chopped olives
Directions
1. Bring cheeses to room temp and stir together with Worcestershire and Tabasco until combined.
2. In a plate, mix pecans and parsley together.
3. Roll cheese mix into a ball, then flatten one side.
4. Roll rounded sides in parsley mix, then do the top.
5. Chill until 2 hours before serving..
6. Best room temp.
