    Parmesan Ranch Chicken Wrap

    Quick and easy weeknight meal. Marinate chicken over night and have it ready to grill as soon as you get home.

    Ingredients

    • 8 ozs Italian dressing
    • 8 flour tortillas, low carb taco size
    • 2 lbs chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
    • 8 slices provolone cheese
    • 8 Tbs ranch dressing
    • 8 Tbs parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Marinate chicken in Italian dressing for at least an hour
    2. Grill chicken (I used the George Foreman grill for 7 minutes)
    3. Dice into cubes
    4. Lay tortilla on a flat surface
    5. Place 1 slice of provolone cheese, 1/8 of the chicken, 1 Tbs ranch and 1 Tbs parmesan
    6. Fold in 4 sides of tortilla
    7. Place in large frying pan on medium heat for about a minute on each side
    8. Serve with extra ranch or salsa if desired
