Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 c. lowfat buttermilk
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. fat-free lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. light mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp dry green peppercorns crushed
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk. Cover and chill. Serve over mixed salad greens.
- Yield: 1-3/4 c. (serving size: 1 Tbsp.).
