Parmesan Cornmeal Biscuits!!!
These biscuits complete any meal! With Love, Catherine xo Ingredients
- 1½ cups flour
- ½ cup cornmeal
- Dash of salt
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 cup sour milk – for sour milk add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to milk and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- ½ cup olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees:
- In the bowl of your stand mixer, combine all ingredients until a fine and sticky dough forms.
- Drop the dough by the spoonfuls onto greased baking pans or parchment paper lined pans.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden. Let cool for a few minutes and serve!!
