Pappardelle, Walnut Pesto and Arugula
Ingredients
- 12oz. Hand made or store bought pasta
- 1C Walnuts crushed
- 1ea. Garlic Clove minced
- 1C Basil
- 1/2C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3T Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1bu. Arugula
Directions
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water until tender.
- In food processor puree garlic with extra virgin olive oil, add walnuts, basil and parmesan puree until smooth.
- Combine pasta, pesto and arugula and serve.
