Pancit Puti with Roasted Garlic
A twist of the usual native Pancit. Ingredients
- 1 pc chicken breast
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 125 g Taiwan rice noodles (bihon) soaked in water for 1 hour and drained
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
- 2 tbsp sliced spring onion
- 5 cloves garlic, toasted
- 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tbsp sliced spring onion
- 1 tbsp toasted garlic
Directions
- Place chicken breast in a pot and barely cover with water. Bring to simmer and cook for 10 minutes and set aside to cool. Remove chicken and shred. Reserve stock.
- Heat oil in a large pan. Add noodles, chicken breast, sesame oil, and chicken stock. Saute for 1 minute. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®.
- Add spring onion, garlic, and pepper. Mix well.
