    A tasty easy and healthy snack for kids and adults alike.

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups sweet rice flour
    • 1/2 cups of water
    • 1 small coconut (grated)
    • 1 cup white sugar
    • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds (crushed)

    Directions

    1. Bring 2 quarts water to a boil; keep it simmering.
    2. Combine rice flour and 1/2 cups of water and blend thoroughly.
    3. Shape dough into egg sized ovals and flatten with fingers.
    4. Drop each plaitaw balls in boiling water one at a time.
    5. Scoop out with clotted spoon as soon as they float.
    6. Drain.
    7. Roll in grated coconut then on sugar with sesame seeds.
    8. Place on a dish and serve.
