    Palada Pradhaman Payasam is a traditional kerala recipe.Palada Pradhaman is a dessert item served in Onam feast and most of the auspicious occassions too. even though its a traditional recipe i have changed a little bit like adding condensed milk.you will get readymade rice ada in all the shops.

    Ingredients

    • • Rice Ada 100 gms
    • • Milk 1 1/2litre
    • • Sugar to taste
    • • Nestle condensed milk ½ tin
    • • Ghee – 2tbsp
    • • 5-6 Cardamom
    • • 20 Cashew
    • • 20 Raisins
    • • Dry coconut pieces finely chopped

    Directions

    1. • Soak rice ada in boiling water for 10 Mins,drain the water and rinse them in cold water.
    2. • Boil Milk in a thick bottom pan keep stirring the milk till it reduced 2/3rd
    3. • Now add boiled ada stir well cook it for 10 mins
    4. • now add condensed milk and sugar cook for few mins.remove from flame
    5. • Heat Ghee in a pan add chopped coconut fry until golden brown set aside.
    6. • Add cashews and raisins fry till golden brown.set aside
    7. • Now Garnish with Cardamom, fried coconut, cashews and raisins and serve hot or cold
