This is a yummy protein and posstium filled sandwich with a yummy healthy twist! Ingredients
- Bread
- Peanut butter
- Bannana
- Applesause
- Water/Milk
- Spoon
- Knife
- Plate
Directions
- 1. Get food out
- 2. Prepare the plate
- 3. Scoop peanut butter and chop bannanas
- 4, add the bannanas
- 5. Close Sandwich
- 6. Cut it ( Your choice)
- 7. Serve with applesause and drink
