Oven roasted broccoli with Parmesan
A simple recipe for a quick and easy side dish of garlic roasted broccoli florets tossed in Parmesan cheese. Ingredients
- 800 g broccoli, cut into florets, cut into florets, stems peeled and sliced or diced
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1.Toss the broccoli florets with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone sheet. Spread them in one layer.Useful Links
