Oven Dried Cherry Tomatoes
A perfect way to use up your cherry tomato explosion. These tomatoes are the perfect topping for a salad or a broiled chicken breast. Ingredients
- 30 Cherry tomatoes
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 t. salt
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or tin foil. Slice cherry tomatoes in half longways. Toss with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake in the oven 5 minutes. Turn the oven off and leave the cookie sheet inside for about 8 hours, overnight or all day. The tomatoes store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 1 week.
