Orzo With Spinach And Parmesan
Ingredients
- 16 ounce orzo
- 1 x to 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- (10-oz) bag spinach
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook orzo as directed on package. Drain. Heat extra virgin olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly saute/fry spinach. When spinach wilts, stir in orzo. Transfer to serving dish, add in Parmesan and mix. Serve hot.Joan Segall
