    BAKE AT 350 DEGREES F. FOR 45 MINUTES VARIATION: CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING MELT 6 OUNCES OF BUTTER & 12 OUNCES OF CHOCOLATE TOGETHER. ADD THE CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER TO THE EGG MIXTURE AND CONTINUE WITH THE RECIPE.

    Ingredients

    • 1 CUP ORGANIC RAISINS
    • 4 TABLESPOONS. ORGANIC BUTTER, TO SOFTEN
    • 1 1/2 CUPS THAI COCONUT MILK
    • 1/2 CUP ORGANIC COCONUT CREAM
    • 3 CUPS ORGANIC ARNOLD OATNUT BREAD
    • 6 ORGANIC EGGS
    • 2 CUPS ORGANIC SUGAR
    • 1 TABLESPOON ORGANIC VANILLA EXTRACT
    • 1 TABLESPOON ORGANIC COCONUT EXTRACT

    Directions

    1. SLICE THE BREAD INTO SMALL CHUNKS AND PLACE IN A LARGE BOWL. POUR THE COCONUT MILK & CREAM OVER THE BREAD & SET ASIDE UNTIL SOFT.
    2. BEAT THE EGGS AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH AND THICK. ADD THE VANILLA, COCONUT EXTRACT AND THE MELTED BUTTER AND RASINS.
    3. TOSS THE EGG MIXTURE WITH THE BREAD TO BLEND.
    4. POUR INTO THE PREPARED 10" X 10" X 3 " DEEP GLASS PAN.
    5. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES F UNTIL BROWNED, ABOUT 45 MINS.
