Orange Grand Marnier Sauce For Nian Gao
Ingredients
- 1 c. fresh orange juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped ginger
- 4 x oranges broken into segments
- 1/2 c. Grand Marnier
Directions
- In a non-reactive saute/fry pan, add in juice and ginger and bring to a boil. Reduce by 50 percent. Add in segments and Grand Marnier. Serve hot on top of steamed nian gao.
