Orange-Cinnamon Baked Acorn Squash
A year round side dish my family adores. Great flavor profile, you'll love this! Ingredients
- One Large Acorn Squash
- 1-1/2 cups Pure Orange Juice (no pulp)
- several dashes of ground cinnamon
- pinch or two of nutmeg
Directions
- Remove stem and seeds and slice the squash
- Place in a baking dish with orange juice, cinnamon and nutmeg
- Cover with aluminum foil and Bake @ 400 F for 35 minutes (undisturbed)
- Serve and enjoy!
