A super easy dish to dress up plain chicken drumsticks - also perfect to impress at a dinner party without having to stress in the kitchen!
Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C
2. Mix the marmalade, mustard, olive oil and marinade the drumsticks for at least 15 minutes.
3. Add to a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes.
4. Turn them over and roast for another 10-15 minutes.
