Omelette Dulong
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh dulong
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Canola Cooking oil, for frying
Directions
- Wash the dulong carefully. Season with salt and cook in their own water until dry.
- Heat oil in frying pan. Saute garlic and onion, then add the dulong and stir.
- Pour the well beaten eggs, cover and cook until the dulong omelet is done.
