    Ingredients

    • 1 kg flour
    • 20 g dry yeast
    • 30 ml olive oil
    • 2 cups water
    • 2 pieces red onion
    • black and green olives, pitted 1.5 cups
    • chopped green coriander, parsley and mint 3 tbsp. l.
    • (Rosemary, basil, any herbs to your taste)
    • sugar 1 tbsp. l.
    • sol1, 5 tsp.

    Directions

    1. Bow clean, cut into thin rings and fry in olive oil until soft.
    2. Olives coarsely chop.
    3. Sift flour, combine with onions, black olives and green olives.
    4. Add salt, sugar, yeast, herbs. Pour the warm water, stir.
    5. Vymeshivayut the dough for 10 minutes. Then cover it with a napkin and leave for 2 hours in a warm place.
    6. Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
    7. Divide dough in half, again knead each half. Sformovat 2 oval loaves, put them on a greased pan, allow to rest 30 minutes. Put in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
    8. Ready to take the bread from the oven, cover with a damp towel and allow to cool.
