I have a few boxes in my pantry that I got on sale and I have been looking for a good biscotti recipe made with cake mix..which I haven't found yet...this looks great though!

Oatmeal Cookies With Cake Mix
Ingredients
- Egg
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Margarine softened
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pkt Yellow cake mix
- 2 c. Oatmeal
- 1 c. Raisins (optional)
- 1/2 c. Nuts minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Beat first 6 ingredients and 1/2 of the cake mix. Stir in remaining cake mix, oatmeal, raisins and nuts. Drop by tsp. on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for the 10-12 min.
