NuWave Coconut Impossible Pie
The end result of this impossible pie is a very thin "crust", a custard-like filling and topped with this golden coconut topping just like magic. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup milk
- 1 ¼ cups flaked coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 TBS. butter, softened
Directions
- Grease a 9" Pyrex pie plate with butter. Mix together all of the following ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour mixture into pie plate and place on the 2" rack. (for those with just a 1" rack I think that would work too) Use the extender ring and also vent while cooking.
- I cooked mine on High 350 for 33 minutes.
