Nutella Muffins
Muffins filled with Nutella and topped with a Nutella Drizzle Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup Nutalla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
- Combine cup flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Place vegetable oil into a 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Add to flour mixture, and stir until just combined.
- Place a small amount of batter into each muffin tin. Spoon on 1 Tbls of Nutella. Top with enough batter to cover the chocolate. Bake for 14-18 minutes.
- Warm remaining Nutella in the microwave. Drizzle over muffins.
