    Ingredients

    • 2 c. self-rising flour
    • 2 c. sugar
    • 1/2 c. oil
    • 4 T Nestle's Quick
    • 1 c. water
    • 2 large eggs, beaten
    • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
    • 1 teaspoon soda
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    Directions

    1. Sift flour and sugar together. In saucepan, bring to boil 1 stick of butter, 1/2 cup oil, 4 tbsp Nestle's Quick, and 1 cup of water. Pour the mix over flour and sugar. Mix at low speed; add in 2 beaten large eggs, 1/2 cup of lowfat milk, 1 tsp soda, and 1 tsp vanilla. Bake in greased and lightly floured 9 x 13 inch dish at 350 degrees for 30-35 min.Icing: Bring to boil: 1 stick butter, 4 tbsp Nestle's Quick, and 5-6 tbsp lowfat milk. Remove from heat; add in 1 box powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 cup minced nuts. Mix well and pour over cake.
