Napa Cabbage And Carrot Slaw With Toasted Sesame Seed
Ingredients
- 3 x Carrots, shredded
- 1 sm Head Napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 bn Green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. Coarsely minced fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. White-wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Toasted sesame seed
Directions

- In a large bowl, combine the carrot, cabbage, onion, and cilantro. Combine the remaining ingredients, except the sesame seed, till blended and toss with the cabbage mix. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
