Nacho Cheese Potato Dish
Ingredients
- 5 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced in round slices
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 can nacho cheese sauce
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 4 slices crisp beef bacon, crumbled
- 1 c. celery, minced
Directions
- Mix the parsley, pepper and salt with the can of soup. Pour over potatoes that have been put together with the onion and celery. Pour cheese on top, sprinkle with bacon bits and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees till potatoes are done.
