My Pressure Cooker Pot Roast
Ingredients
- Pot Roast
- 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Tomato juice
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Celery
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Brown meat in oil. Add in onion, tomato juice, salt, pepper and garlic pwdr. Stir and pressure cook for 15 min per lb.. Add in 1/2 tsp salt, worcestershire saue and water. Pressure cook 15 min. Thicken sauce and serve.
