    sweet to taste,but kicks a few minutes later

    Ingredients

    • 2 mangos refrigerated
    • 5 dat'l peppers *
    • 10 good size strawberries
    • 1 clove smashed garlic,minced
    • tbs of olive oil
    • drop of white vinegar
    • 1/2 cup white or cane sugar *
    • 1/4 cup of water
    • dash of salt
    • dash of black pepper
    • tsp of lime zest
    • tsp of lemon zest
    • 1/4 cup of o.j

    Directions

    1. peel and slice mangos,i know, a little messy
    2. rough slice strawberries
    3. rough cut peppers,wearing gloves,you'll only make this mistake once
    4. take all of it,throw into the blender,or processor
    5. have at it until it's thin enough to flow into a bottle,some times you might have to add more water to thin it out,i do it by eye
    6. refrig for a 1/2 an hour to let all of it gel together
    7. at this point,shake well and enjoy
    8. *dat'l peppers come from jacksonville, fla you can substitute any pepper for your personal heat index
    9. *i like cane sugar,it's more pure
