- Mushrooms with Cream Gravy

- Herring or rollmops

Directions
- Pierogi can be made any time before and frozen
- Depending on type of dessert make when needed
- 2 days before
- - Fry up 2 lb bacon and 2 large onions store in fridge------ Make Studenetz ---- Make Holopchi ----- Soak Wheat and poppy seed
- 1 day before
- - Make Nalysnyky ----- Make KUTYA--- Make Swiss Chard Rolls Beet Leaf Rolls or Lazy ones------- Cut up 1 cup celery and 3/4 cup onions for dressing-----Clean mushrooms and chop 1 onion for mushrooms in cream------Boil potatoes for Knedliky
- - Chop 2 green onions for cream sauce
- Day of
- - Make dressing and stuff bird put into 350F oven
- - 3 hrs before Mix soup, water and oil pour over Holopchi into oven
- - Make Knedliky boil later
- - 1 1/2 hrs pour cream over Lazy Swiss Chard Rolls and into oven
- - Make Mushrooms and cream------ Make cream sauce-----Put potatoes on to boil
- - 1 hours before pour cream over Nalysnyky and into oven
- - Vegetables on ------ Make salad------Boil Pierogi coat with oil and toss with bacon/onion-----Boil Knedliky coat with oil and toss with bacon/onion-----Make gravy ------- Warm KUTYA
- - Serve up rest of food and Enjoy
