    • Swiss Chard Rolls Beet Leaf Rolls or Lazy ones
    • Mushrooms with Cream Gravy
    • Vegetables
    • Potatoes
    • Gravy
    • Salad
    • Herring or rollmops
    • oysters
    • pickles
    • olives black and green
    • butter
    • Buns
    • Dessert

    Directions

    1. Pierogi can be made any time before and frozen
    2. Depending on type of dessert make when needed
    3. 2 days before
    4. - Fry up 2 lb bacon and 2 large onions store in fridge------ Make Studenetz ---- Make Holopchi ----- Soak Wheat and poppy seed
    5. 1 day before
    6. - Make Nalysnyky ----- Make KUTYA--- Make Swiss Chard Rolls Beet Leaf Rolls or Lazy ones------- Cut up 1 cup celery and 3/4 cup onions for dressing-----Clean mushrooms and chop 1 onion for mushrooms in cream------Boil potatoes for Knedliky
    7. - Chop 2 green onions for cream sauce
    8. Day of
    9. - Make dressing and stuff bird put into 350F oven
    10. - 3 hrs before Mix soup, water and oil pour over Holopchi into oven
    11. - Make Knedliky boil later
    12. - 1 1/2 hrs pour cream over Lazy Swiss Chard Rolls and into oven
    13. - Make Mushrooms and cream------ Make cream sauce-----Put potatoes on to boil
    14. - 1 hours before pour cream over Nalysnyky and into oven
    15. - Vegetables on ------ Make salad------Boil Pierogi coat with oil and toss with bacon/onion-----Boil Knedliky coat with oil and toss with bacon/onion-----Make gravy ------- Warm KUTYA
    16. - Serve up rest of food and Enjoy
