Mustard And Thyme Marinaded Riblets
Ingredients
- 1 x 600 gram pac lamb riblets
- 2 Tbsp. Smooth Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Grainy mustard
- 1 x 15 grams pac fresh thyme, finely minced
- 6 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Place the riblets in a non-metallic dish.
- Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and pour/brush over. Leave to marinade for 1-2 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Preheat a grill to a moderate heat and cook for 15-18 min. Serve immediately with a salad.
- NOTES : A quick and easy to make marinade comprising of mustards and thyme.Requires 12 hrs or possibly overnight marinading
