  • Mrs F Malted Milk Cookies

    Ingredients

    • 2 1/2 c. All purp flour
    • 3/4 c. Plain malted lowfat milk pwdr
    • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1 c. White sugar
    • 1/2 c. Light brown sugar
    • 1 c. Salted butter, softened
    • 2 lrg Large eggs
    • 2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
    • 2 Tbsp. Eaglebrand Sw Cond Lowfat milk
    • 2 c. Lowfat milk chocolate chips (12oz)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 300. In med bowl combine flour, malted lowfat milk pwdr, soda and salt. Mix well with wire whisk. Set aside. Blend sugars in a lg bowl using an electric mixer set at med speed. Add in butter and mix, occasionally scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add in Large eggs, vanilla and condensed lowfat milk, and beat at med speed till light and fluffy. Add in the flour mix and chocolate chips and blend at low speed till just combined. Don't overmix.
    2. Drop by rounded Ts onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2" apart. Bake 24-25 mins till cookies are slightly brown along the edges. Transfer cookies immediately to a cold surface with a spatula. S: Mrs. Fields Cookie Bk
