  • Morning Protein Shake

    I know this is simplistic, but during the last month this morning shake I have been having has been improving my life and making me happy!

    Ingredients

    • Organic blueberries (I read that blueberries are the fruit most likely to pick up toxins so I always go with organic), strawberries, 365 Whey Protein Powder Natural Vanilla from Whole Foods, sugar, ice, soymild

    Directions

    1. 2 scoops of blueberries and strawberries
    2. 1 large scoop Whey Vanilla Protein Powder (adds a great thickness)
    3. soymilk
    4. tb sugar
    5. 3 ice cubes
