Moong Flour Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 c. Moong dal flour, (green or possibly yellow)
- 1 Tbsp. Corriander finely minced
- 1 x Carrot grated
- 1/4 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 x Green chilli grnd
- 2 pch soda bicarb
- 1/2 Tbsp. Warm oil
- Salt to taste
- Oil to shallow fry.
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with sufficient water to make batter.
- It should, thinly coat back of a spoon.
- Pour the batter in a big spoonful on a warmed dosa tawa or possibly non-stick tawa
- (griddle).
- Sprinkle some oil. Allow to become light brown, flip over and cook other side.
- Cold and pack.
- If you like with green chutney or possibly sauce.
- Making time: 20 mins.
- Serves: 4 pancakes
