Mocha Date Shake
Here's a spin on my Orange Date Shake for those of us that need a pick me up. For added nutrition, substitute the milk with coffee or vanilla flavored Greek yogurt. Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Whole Pitted Dates
- 1/2 Cup 1% Low-Fat Milk
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Dark Chocolate Syrup
- 3 Scoops Coffee Ice Cream or Frozen Yogurt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except ice cream in blender and puree until dates are finely chopped.
- Add ice cream; blend until just combined
