Mocha Butter Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) softened butter
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 heaping teaspoon instant coffee
- 4 tbsp. cocoa
Directions
- Dissolve coffee in lowfat milk. Let stand for 5 min. Cream butter, add in cocoa and mix. Add in sugar and lowfat milk-coffee mix. Beat till smooth and creamy. Add in more lowfat milk if needed. Frosts 2 (8" or possibly 9") layers.
