Ingredients
- 8 oz bulgur
- 1 1/4 quarts water
- 1 lb fresh seeded and diced tomatoes
- 6 oz peeled and chopped cucumbers
- 6 oz finely chopped red onions
- 2 oz fresh chopped parsley
- 1/2 oz coarsely chopped mint lieaves
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
Directions
- combine bulgur and water in large mixing bowl. Let stand for at least 2 hours. Drain will

- Blend lemon juice, oil and spices
- pour over bulgur mixture. Toss to blend. Cover
- Refrigerate for at least 12 houre befor serving. Keeps well.
