Mint Peach Sweet Tea
Mom's favorite, when she visits me daily there better be some made! Ingredients
- 4 family size tea Bags
- 5 cups cold, cold water
- 1/4 cup Peach Preserves
- 1/4 scant cup granulated sugar
- Garnish fresh mint leaves
- Ice Cubes to serve
Directions
- In pot add water bring to a boil add tea bags, remove from heat source and steep tea several minutes
- In a small saucepan add peach preserves and sugar, cook on low until dissolved and blended, remove from heat
- In a large jug or pitcher add steeped tea (remove tea bags first!), add peach and sugar mixture and stir well.
- Serve in a glass with Ice Cubes and garnish with fresh mint!
