    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/4 c. sugar
    • 1/4 c. butter, melted
    • 3 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk
    • 3 Large eggs
    • 2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 (21 ounce.) filling (cherry or possibly blueberry)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
    2. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press equal portions into bottom of lightly greased or possibly paper c. lined muffin c.. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese till fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed lowfat milk till smooth.
    3. Add in Large eggs and vanilla; mix well. Spoon equal amounts of mix (about 3 Tbsp.) into prepared c.. Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till set - cold - chill - top with filling. Chill.
    4. Chocolate - heat 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips - add in to batter. If greased muffin c. are used, cold in pan.
