    Ingredients

    • Sago
    • Jackfruit
    • Sugar
    • Water
    • Vanilla essence
    • Pandan leaves (optional)

    Directions

    1. Pressure cook the sago and set aside.
    2. Wash pitted jackfruit and drain well.
    3. In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine water, sugar, and pandan leaves
    4. Bring to a boil, stirring regularly until sugar is dissolved.
    5. Add jackfruit and sago and continue to cook for about 3 to 5 minutes or until syrup is thickened (the longer you cook, the thicker the syrup
