Microwave Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- Bread crumbs (2 slices)
- 1 egg
- Salt, pepper, parsley to taste
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Combine grnd beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 1 inch meatballs and arrange in a casserole dish. Cover and cook on high 8 to 10 min. Drain. Mix soup and lowfat milk together in a bowl, pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on high till bubbly, stirring once.
