    You don't need a deep fryer to make yummy potato chips. There's always the microwave-able option. It's not just easy to make it's also healthier version of the deep fried ones.

    Ingredients

    • Potatoes - 5 to 6
    • Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
    • Salt - 2 tsp
    • Curry powder -1 tsp

    Directions

    1. 1.Wash the potatoes and slice them into thin slices.
    2. 2. Brush them with olive oil.
    3. 3. Sprinkle salt and curry powder.
    4. 4. Toss well to mix evenly.
    5. 5. Place them on a microwave-safe plate and cook them on high for 3 minutes or until the chips are dry and crisp.
    6. 6. Remove and cool.
    7. 7. Store in an airtight container.
    8. 8. Serve as a snack.
