Mickey's Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, browned & drained
- 1 large Velveeta Cheese, cut in cubes
- 1 jar Salsa – your preference Hot or Mild
- 1 can chili w/o beans
- 1 large bag of Tostitos or Frito Scoops
- Preparation
- Combine cooked ground beef, chili, Velveeta Cheese and salsa in a crock-pot on low until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. Stir to mix ingredients well. Keep crock-pot on low heat to keep dip warm.
- Serve with chips.
