    If you have time, make a day ahead of time and refrigerate overnight to enhance flavor.

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound Bacon slices, fried and crumbled
    • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
    • 3 medium onions, finely chopped (about 2 cups)
    • 1 cup finely chopped celery
    • 2/3 cup beef broth
    • 1-1/2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1-1/2 cups catsup
    • 3 Tablespoons Yellow mustard
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    • 2 (13-oz) cans Bush’s Baked Beans

    Directions

    1. In large roasting pan, fry bacon until crisp, remove and drain. Pour drippings from pan.
    2. In same pan, cook and stir ground beef, onion, and celery until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in broth, half of bacon and remaining ingredients. Cover.
    3. Bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle remaining half of bacon over beans. Serve.
