Mexican Stewed Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 c. minced celery
- 2-3 cloves crushed garlic
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 quarts. canned tomatoes
- 1/2-1 c. taco sauce (mild)
- 1 teaspoon salt
