Mexican Shrimp Cocktail Sauce
Can be made spicy if you like a little kick. Ingredients
- 1 large can V-8 juice or Clamato (spicy if you like)
- 2 avocados, minced
- 2 cucumbers, seeded and minced
- 1 medium red onion, minced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, minced
- 1 jalapeno, minced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large non-reactive container.
- Let sit for a few hours in refrigerator, or overnight.
- Serve with limes and Tabasco sauce.
