Mexican Seven Layer Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans Jalapeno beans dip
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco filling mix
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 sm. cans minced olives
- 2 bundles scallions
- 3 hard tomatoes
- 8 ounce. Longhorn cheese
Directions
- 1. Spread bean dip on large deep dish platter.
- 2. Smash avocado, mix lemon juice, salt, pepper. Spread second layer.
- 3. Mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, taco mix and spread.
- 4. Minced green onion fine and spread.
- 5. Olives - spread.
- 6. Spread tomatoes - minced, seeded and liquid removed and spread.
- 7. Grate and spread cheese.
