Mexican Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. plain flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 3 tbsp. Hershey Chocolate
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients.
- Add in: 1 tbsp. white vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 c. cool water
- Mix with fork. Put mix in 8 or possibly 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min. Cold cake before glazing.
