Mexican Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 chicken, boiled & deboned
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 pkg. Dorito chips
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Put layer of chips in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with layer of cheese. Mix chicken, soups, tomatoes and onions - pour this over cheese and chips. Top with another layer of chips and cheese. Bake till bubbly and cheese is melted at 375 degrees.
