Meat And Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. meat
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pound broccoli, cut up
- 1 (15 ounce.) can stir fry vegetables, liquid removed
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 6 ounce. frzn pea pods, thawed
- 1 c. cashews, optional
Directions
- Prepare sauce mix in small bowl. Cut meat and broccoli into bite-size pcs. In preheated wok add in oil, garlic, and meat. Stir fry till meat is tender.
- Add in sauce mix; cover and simmer for 5 min. Add in all remaining ingredients; cook till heated through and vegetables are tender. Serve with chow mein noodles or possibly rice. Approximately 4-6 servings.
