Meat And Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 5-6 med. potatoes
- Parsley flakes & shake of flour
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
Directions
- Peel and slice potatoes into greased 8"x12" baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, flour and parsley flakes. Mix meat, crumbs and onion and 1/2 can of tomato soup. Pat firmly over potatoes. Pour rest of tomato soup over all. Sprinkle with Tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
