Mary Jo's Seafood Quiche
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 4 x extra-large or possibly jumbo Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk (2% ok)
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella and Swiss cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can crab meat
- 1 can tiny shrimp
- 1/2 c. minced green onions
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 3 dsh red warm sauce - (to 4)
- 3 x regular or possibly 2 deep-dish pie shells
Directions
- Mix ingredients together in mixer, beating Large eggs and lowfat milk first. Pour into pie shells. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for one hour. Let stand 5 min. Each pie serves 6 people.
- This recipe yields 12 to 18 servings.
